Ergonomic workspace assessment process

Ergonomic Workspace Audit

Comprehensive evaluation of your current setup to identify opportunities for improved comfort and productivity.

Assessment Methodology

Our audit process examines multiple aspects of your workspace configuration.

Desk Height Analysis

We measure your desk height relative to your seated position to ensure proper elbow and wrist alignment. Ideal desk height allows your forearms to rest parallel to the floor when typing.

Monitor Distance Evaluation

We assess the distance between your eyes and monitor screens. Optimal positioning places monitors approximately 20-26 inches from your eyes, with the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level.

Lumbar Support Check

We evaluate your chair's lumbar support positioning relative to your natural spinal curve. Proper support maintains the lower back's natural inward curve during extended sitting.

Keyboard Positioning

We analyze keyboard placement to ensure neutral wrist positioning. The keyboard should allow your wrists to remain straight while typing, avoiding excessive extension or flexion.

Remote Assessment Process

We conduct assessments through video calls or photo submissions. During a video consultation, we guide you through specific measurements and positioning checks while observing your workspace in real-time.

Alternatively, you can submit detailed photographs of your setup from multiple angles. We analyze these images and provide written recommendations based on visible configuration elements.

Both methods include a follow-up questionnaire about your work patterns, physical dimensions, and any current discomfort or strain you experience.
